A technician call-out to repair damaged or faulty equipment begins at CA$150.00 plus the cost of equipment. The fees for a call-out can grow quite quickly making it an expensive endeavor.

Q: I own my equipment, when does my warranty expire?
A: 1 Year after the day of installation. Warranty ceases at 0001 on the 366th day following installation.
Q: I rent my equipment, when does my warranty expire?
A: Warranty begins on the day of installation and ceases when your service is cancelled.
Q: I own my equipment, what is covered within the warranty period?
A: Antenna failure, installation mount failure, power feed / cable run failure, antennas power supply and wireless router.
Q: I own my equipment and my router died.
A: This situation is chargeable at $150.00 service fee + $100.00 for replacement router. This is covered under the service plan. There is no charge for customers that subscribe to the service plan.
Q: I rent my equipment and my router died.
A: We will ship you a new router priority post. If you require immediate assistance, we can dispatch a technician to replace your router for which is chargeable. The charge will be $150.00 for the service call. There is no charge for customers that subscribe to the service plan.
Q: I own/rent my equipment and my dog chewed through a cable.
A: This situation is chargeable at the normal dispatch rate, as we warranty rented/owned equipment for general failure only. There is no charge for customers that subscribe to the service plan.
Q: I built an addition on my house and moved my antenna.
A: This will void any warranty. To have your dish moved, please call 306-992-5516 and book a technician.
Q: I have point to point links between my buildings, what is covered?
A: If you rent/own the equipment the basic operation of the equipment is covered within the warranty period. Anything outside of the warranty period is subjected to a $150.00 call out fee + additional expenses. There is no charge for customers that subscribe to the service plan.
Any failures or issues that are not otherwise listed are subject to a CA$150.00 service call fee.
